1. Who operates this website and application

This website (djanubis.pages.dev) and the application “DJ Anubis Ads Reporting” (the “Application”) are operated by DJ Anubis, an independent music artist based in Germany. Contact: peterschmidtshopping@gmail.com.

2. This website

All pages of this website are static documents hosted on Cloudflare Pages. They set no cookies and contain no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare, as the hosting provider, processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Links to external music and social platforms lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies.

3. Nature of the Application

The Application is a private, internal command-line tool that runs on a single local workstation belonging to the operator. It is used exclusively by the operator to report on and administer the operator’s own Google Ads advertising accounts. It has no public sign-up, no other users and no customers. No person other than the operator ever authorizes the Application or has data processed by it.

4. Google user data the Application accesses

The Application uses the Google Ads API with the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, authorized by the operator’s own Google account. Through this scope it accesses:

Campaign, ad group, ad and conversion data of the operator’s own Google Ads accounts (for example impressions, views, clicks, cost and conversion counts).
Configuration of those campaigns (status, budgets, conversion actions) in order to make administrative changes requested by the operator.

The Application does not access Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar or any other Google service, and it does not collect data about visitors of this website.

5. How the data is used

To produce performance reports about the operator’s own advertising campaigns.
To carry out administrative changes to the operator’s own campaigns that the operator explicitly requests.

The data is not used for any other purpose. In particular, it is not sold, not shared with or transferred to third parties, not used to serve advertisements to other people, not used for credit or lending purposes, and not used to develop, improve or train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.

6. Storage, security and retention

OAuth tokens are stored only in the local credential file of the operator’s workstation and are used solely to authenticate the operator’s own API requests.
Report outputs are stored locally on the operator’s workstation as plain files and can be deleted at any time.
No Google user data is stored on any server operated by the Application or transmitted to any third party.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; locally stored tokens are then deleted.

7. Limited Use disclosure

The Application’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
